Welcome To King’s Kids Academy
We are Now Preparing for our 2020 Summer camp.
It’s time to get ready for another exciting summer at King’s Kids Academy.
We are so excited to let the children explore new adventures and solve mysteries at Camp Full STEAM Ahead. We are planning a summer of playful learning through discovering clues, solving mysteries, scientific experiments through STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, math) activities that are sure to engage the children in the joy of the learning process. We just can’t wait to get started.
It may be hard to think about summer when we are staring at the mounds of snow all around us, but it is time to start planning! Attached to this letter you will find the enrollment form and a list of the themes with descriptions. The enrollment and transportation fees remain the same this year. We did slightly increase our tuition rates this summer by $5/week.
We only have 22 spaces available each week. With such limited space, we are first opening enrollment to our families currently enrolled and those who have already communicated that they are interested in summer camp. We always have families looking for summer camp enrollment outside our currently enrolled families so don’t wait to enroll. Space is extremely limited this year!
If you are planning on having your child join us this summer we need your forms and $75 registration fee returned by Friday, March 6. The transportation fee will be charged with your first week of summer tuition. You can sign up for only the weeks your child needs care and calculate your weekly camp rate accordingly, as listed on the registration form (be sure to consider your family vacation plans). However, please remember you will be charged for the weeks you sign up for whether your child attends or not.
We are in the process of interviewing for the new School Age Director and we will get that information to you as soon as the hiring process is complete. Kari and Tanya are planning themes, field trips, special events, and fun activities for each week. We are very excited about this summer’s theme and are looking forward to sharing our enthusiasm with the children and staff.
We hope you and your child are getting excited for summer camp too. If you have questions about any aspect of camp please don’t hesitate to call us or stop by the office. We pray your family enjoys all the fun and excitement of the end of the school year and finishes the year strong, ready for an amazing summer.
